A heavy duty pallet jack will be shipped via LTL freight and delivery usually takes 2-5 days. They are shipped out of our Seattle warehouse. Since the electric pallet truck is made of steel, we do not use any packaging materials when shipping them; it is possible it may be delivered with a few scratches, but it were going to get scratched the first time you used it anyhow.
